The washer and dryer room is between the garage and the King Suite on the first floor. Go through the child-proof gate downstairs to the left of the fireplace, then take a right. It's the door on your right.

When using the self-service options, please use the default settings for both the washing machine (Quick Wash) and the dryer (Normal mode is dry-sensing). These settings are good for 99% of jobs unless you have a HUGE load.
