ARRIVING & PARKING:

When you arrive at 1016 Walnut Pointe - with the horse tire swing in the front yard:

• Please park to the far right of the 3-car-wide driveway in front of the small garage door which you will enter and exit from

• Leave room on your left for 2 other guests to easily park and enter and exit their vehicles.

  
  

• You’ll access through the garage and keep the clicker with you while you are here with us.

• The clicker is either on the small circular table under the awning between the two garage doors, or up above it on the light to keep it out of the rain. USE THE SMALL BUTTON MARKED "III".

ENTERING YOUR SUITE:

The code to your suite’s electronic door knob is 1,0,1,6, followed by the ☑️ (check) button.

If it's DARK, you can press any button(s) first to light up the numbers.

OTHER INFO:

There may be recording sessions and other guests occupying the mainhouse.

Our goal is to keep sound far enough away from you that you can't hear it over the air purifier in your suite - so that you can remain private and have a peaceful stay!

The full kitchen is shared, though not heavily used, and you’re more than welcome to use it. Please clean up after each use.

You also have a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and full-sized trash bin with lid in your suite for convenience and/or if you prefer to stay private.
